Terms & Conditions for Using Services from Balise Financial Services Private Limited

Effective Date: January 10, 2026

1. Ownership

Balise Financial Services Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Balise Financial Services”) is a private limited company owned by Mr. Pramod Tiwari & Family, with Mr. Pramod Tiwari as the main promoter.

2. Business Address

G-2/698, Shalimar Garden Ext-1, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh – 201005, India.

3. Client Definition

“You” refers to the user of our services. If you act on behalf of a legal entity, you affirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

4. Service Overview

Balise Financial Services operates as a registered Mutual Fund Distributor with AMFI (ARN: [insert ARN]). Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Please read all scheme-related documents carefully. Past performance is not indicative of future results and should not be the sole basis for investment decisions.

5. Using Our Services

  • Access is provided via our web portal and mobile app.
  • Compliance with local laws is your responsibility when accessing services from outside India.
  • Service use may be restricted based on residency, nationality, age, wealth, or income source.
  • By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related communications. Non-essential messages can be opted out of, but regulatory and security notifications are mandatory.
  • For multi-user access, a primary contact must be designated. Changes to the primary contact require written notification.
  • Acceptance of these terms is indicated by selecting the “I accept” checkbox. Some services may require additional consent.
  • Responsible and lawful use of our services is required. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

6. Identity & Authentication

  • Your identity may be verified via contact details, passwords, OTPs, third-party authentication, or biometrics.
  • Instructions authenticated through these methods are considered as originating from you.

7. Scope of Services

Your subscription plan defines the services available to you, in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Third-Party Services

  • Services may use third-party partners, whose terms also apply.
  • Balise Financial Services is not liable for penalties, loss, or damage arising from third-party actions.

9. Security & Liability

  • Maintain the security of your login credentials; unauthorized use is your responsibility.
  • Graphical data, recommendations, and reviews do not guarantee mutual fund performance.
  • We do not levy charges on your bank for transaction facilitation.

10. Service Limitations

  • Balise Financial Services is not liable for losses, taxes, fees, penalties, or damages due to order delays, rejections, or errors by third parties (RTAs, AMCs, banks, exchanges).
  • Verify your personal and bank details before transacting; incorrect information is your responsibility.
  • Mutual fund transactions are processed via BSE/NSE platforms, according to applicable guidelines.
  • Units are allotted based on the NAV at the time of application; we are not liable for incorrect NAV assignment beyond our control.

11. Fund Transfer & Transaction Processing

Transactions are processed via BSE/NSE platforms, which handle transfers to AMC collection accounts. Delays due to third-party failures or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

12. Cut-off Times & Holidays

Orders placed after cut-off times or on holidays are processed on the next business day at the applicable NAV.

13. Compliance with Law

  • Investments must comply with SEBI, AMFI, AMC terms, and other regulations.
  • NRI clients confirm funds are sourced via approved banking channels and comply with Indian and foreign laws.

14. Account Termination

To close your account, deactivate ACH/ECS mandates and stop ongoing SIPs. We are not liable for transactions or losses if mandates remain active.

15. Nomination

  • Clients may appoint a nominee across all mutual fund units under the same Member ID.
  • For nominee changes, submit a duly signed nominee change form.

16. Changes in Client Details

  • To update your address, submit the Master Changes Form signed by all co-holders.
  • To reflect changes in AMC records, update KRA/CKYC documentation. Separate forms are needed for other updates.

17. Consent for C/KYC Information

You authorize Balise Financial Services to use your C/KYC details for validation and regulatory compliance.

19. Amendments

Balise Financial Services reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.

20. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service failures due to system failures, network errors, or events beyond our control (natural disasters, civil unrest, etc.).

21. Acceptance

By using our services, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it does not affect the enforceability of other provisions.
